1. ATOMIZERS

• fixed dimensions, sizes, shapes.
• Erecting “New plants”  adapted  to the CMT features.
• production cover the range from pilot and laboratory size to large industrial production, from 1kg/h to 50 tons/h in liquid feed.
• Wheel sizes available from   50 to 400mm, and speed, related to atomizer/wheel size, from 5.000 to 60.000 rpm
• GMP, Hygienic Design,  ATEX design available. Applications are in Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Dairy and Flue Gas Cleaning industries.
• specifications and requirements are part of agreement between the parties during the set up.

3. ATOMIZERS  to replace existing models:

• CMT adapt its design to respect dimensions, shapes and features of existing atomizers. No need of modification on the dryer.
• Analysis of current layout,
• updated technology in order to improve performances and reliability. Sanitary design and Atex specifications can be met if required. Local panel with safety  monitoring systems can be supplied.

4. ATOMIZERS  to replace GEA NIRO MODELS:

CMT has a dedicated production to manufacture atomizers to replace the most popular “GEA Niro” models.

•  Same dimensions and shape to be perfectly interchangeable. The atomizer can be fit in the air distributor without any modification need to be made
• Same exactly configuration to meet same performances and powder specification:
• Motor power ( higher powers available)
• Liquid distributor design
• Wheel design
• Speed range ( higher speeds available)
• On request the bottom part can be modified to fit wheel interchangeable with GEA NIRO part.
